My favorite time of the day is taking a stroll in my “park” with my family after dinner.
Seeing my children laughing and running wild in the open is priceless. It reminds me of the main reason we moved -boys need a space to run, grow, and be wild. Having close contact with nature is good for everyone’s soul.
Hubby has told me many times: except for the time spent with God and family, everything else is nothing but vapor — puff, and it’s gone. It’s true and true– how many times have I looked back at the pictures of a fancy party we have attended and say– oh I wish I could hold on to that moment forever? But I surely have said that sentence many times when I see pictures of my children and special moments with my husband. I appreciate this man’s wisdom so much.
Home is where your family is, and I am looking forward to building many memories in this place we are blessed to call home.
”For since the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” Roman 1:20
There is a reason humans’ hearts naturally incline to nature’s beauty because God made the earth and the human heart.
When I sit on my kid’s swing and look up to the sky, I thank Him for all the beauty He created for us to enjoy.
Praise the Lord with every chance you get because He deserves it.
